- Put 1⁄3 of the batter in another bowl, add the melted chocolate and the grated orange. If you want more orange flavour squeeze it to get some juice.
- Add the rest of baking powder to the part of the batter we didn't touch.
- Put the orange-flavoured part on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes (20min. from the bottom and then 20min. from both sides.)
