  1. Grease a 6" round baking tin and dust it with flour.
  2. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  3. Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl and sift it thrice for better aeration which in turn will make the cake light.
  4. Add sugar(normal) and mix nicely.
  5. Make a well in the centre and add oil, vanilla essence, milk and curd.
  6. Mix lightly to form a thick batter.
  7. Divide the batter in 2 parts.
  8. Add mango puree in one part.
  9. Add cocoa powder, chocolate sauce and coffee powder in other part.
  10. Now to make the tiger pattern, take the greased tin and pour one ladle of mango battee. On it another of chocolate mix. Then again mango batter. Keep repeating till the batters finish.
  11. The two batters will automatically form layers.
  12. In the last, take a tooth pick and move it from centre to the side(radius) in 4-5 directions. This will give you the pattern as seen in the top of the cake.
  13. Tap the tin 2-3 times to release air bubbles, if any.
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-30 minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  15. Take out the tin and wait for 3-4 minutes.
  16. Loosen the sides with a butter knife and invert it on the wire rack. So that doesn't get soggy from the bottom.
  17. Let it cool down.
