Steps to make Chocolate cake:
  1. First we bake the cake.
  2. Mix all the dey ingredients in a bowl
  3. Now mix all the wet ingredients nicely and then slowly mix the dry ingredients into them.
  4. Mix gently and whisk all the ingredients and bake the cake in preheated oven at 180°c for 30-35 min.
  5. Once the cake baked,put them in rack to cool them.
  6. Now we make the choc gancahe and mouse for icing.
  7. Chopped the choc in a bowl. Warm the heavy cream and pour onto the chopped choc.
  8. Mix them and put it in fridge to make it set.
  9. Put the little ganche on a side and rest whisk the ganche and make it mousse.
  10. Now put the cake on cake table. Slice them into three peices and put the mousse on each slice.
  11. Put the layers of cake and icing nicely and gently. Cover the cake by icing.
  12. Lastly take the ganache which you keep aside,mix the milk and slowly and gently put them on side.
