  1. Preheat oven to 450. Cut up the carrots into half inch diameter sticks.
  2. Add olive oil and salt and mix around with hands
  3. Put on cookie pan and cook uncovered for 10-15 mins.

Place carrots in pan, spreading sticks out as much as possible. Dump the carrots onto the foil-lined jelly-roll pan, scraping out any herbs clinging to the sides of the bowl.
