  1. slice all veggies into thin strips and place into a bowl
  2. add the olive oil and seasonings to the bowl and toss to coat
  3. Let veggies marinate in fridge for an hour or so
  4. Pre heat oven to 400
  5. Grease square pan and sprinkle with corn meal
  6. roll out pizza dough and rub olive oil over top and prick several times with a fork
  7. pre bake dough for 8 minutes
  8. After dough is done spread tomato sauce evenly over dough
  9. sprinkle a bit of cheese over tomato sauce
  10. spread veggies evenly over dough
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese ontop
  12. Bake pizza for 15 minutes at 400 until lightly golden
  13. Remove and enjoy ! I cut mine twice lengthwise and 3 times short ways giving me 12 square pieces
