- To make crust put cookies or grahams into food processor. Pulse until crumbly. All you need is just enough to cover bottom of pan. If too much you’re have extra crumbs..
- Line 8x8 pan (or whatever size 13x9) with wax paper, spread crumbs on bottom just to cover
- Add frosting and chips together in microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Pour immediately over crumbs top with mini marshmallows.
- Let set remove wax paper and put on serving plate. This is a soft fudge so be careful
