- In a blender add sugar, Malai and yogurt.
- Blend all together well and pour in a container and add vanilla essence and mix.
- Take flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and sieve it all in the wet ingredients and gently mix until incorporated.
- Pour in a lined cake tin and bake in preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Take chocolate and cream in a microwave safe bowl and heat for a pulse of 30 seconds till the cream is warm. Mix well till the chocolate melts and whip it up after cooling.
- Cool the cake and then coat with the white chocolate ganache and decorate with some chocolate stones and colourful sprinkles.
