  8. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix
  9. Add the roasted mushrooms and dress with walnuts/pumpkin seeds

Transfer pumpkin sauce to a blender and puree until smooth. Return the sauce to the pot and add in all of the spices and stir to combine.
