  4. For the base: Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Keep aside.
  5. Beat together the eggs, sugar, yoghurt and vanilla extract.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Then fold in the oil. Do not over mix.
  7. Pour this batter over the apple slices evenly.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream :)
