- Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT THE SEAFOOD. Cover and simmer 25 minutes do not boil
- Add the seafood and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes or until all the seafood is cooked.
Add the fish stock, potatoes and milk and season well. Add the cayenne pepper and the parsley. A simple seafood chowder is one of the most comforting things on a chilly Winter day. I personally love this soup with lots of shellfish like mussels and clams, but you can just use fish if you aren't a fan. Add the butter, salt, parsley and curry powder.
