- Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.

Lay your chips out on a tin foil covered baking tray, and drizzle the oil and salt across, shaking the tray to make sure all the chips are covered. Place the slices on sheets of kitchen paper to absorb any excess moisture. Add the spices and the salt to the olive oil and beat them together.
